The Brief: The client's existing event layout was working against them, with congested circulation, fragmented flow, and a configuration that limited the number of vendors that could operate at once. The brief was thus quite simple: rethink the entire layout. The Approach: We restructured the space from the ground up. A defined circulation spine separated movement from commerce, freeing up zones for significantly more stalls. Lengths of draped cloth across the atrium introduced cultural warmth, shifting the atmosphere from functional to immersive. Fifteen additional stalls were integrated into the new layout, with modular prefabricated structures replacing basic trestle tables. These were faster to assemble, more durable, and far more considered in appearance. This layout has remained in continuous use since.
